  • Advisor to US-based Health insurance firm, offering Prescription Drug Plan services:
    The customer is a Medicare Part D prescription Drug Plan provider, licensed in 13 states. Capital Logic was responsible for drawing up the strategy and five year roadmap for firm to evolve into other segments of the managed care business as well as leverage opportunities in the pharmaceuticals benefits management (PBM) space. Capital Logic also worked with the firm to position it appropriately for an eventual private equity fund raising.
